These are our Terms and Conditions. If you make a booking you automaticaly agree to these Terms and Conditions.

ET Discos - Terms and Conditions

Booking Deposit: -

A booking deposit of £ 25 is required to secure the date of your booking.

Payment: -

All outstanding balances must be paid before or on the date of the booking, prior to the event starting.

Access to Venue: -

We will require adequate access to the venue, prior to and after the booking to allow for setting up and breaking down the equipment. A minimum of one hour should be allowed for setting up, but no more than forty-five minutes for breaking down.

Space: -

We require approximately four meters by two meters, however we will do our upmost to work within the space available.

Electricity: -

The client is responsible for the provision of a suitable and safe electricity supply consisting of two, 13 amp mains sockets (minimum)

Cancelation by the Client: -

Booking deposits are non-refundable. Any cancelation of a confirmed booking less than two weeks before the booking is subject to a charge of 50% of the total booking. Conditions Apply.

Extended Playing Time: -

Wherever possible we aim to accommodate the clients wishes to extend the playing time. However this is subject to an additional hourly charge.

Licensing: -

The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is suitably licensed for the event.

Safety: -

If at any time we feel that our persons or equipment are under threat of being physically or verbally abused, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service, with or without warning. Refunds are not applicable.

Damage: -

The client is liable for any damage/theft of any equipment by guests attending the event.

Photography: -

ET Discos reserves the right to take photographs or video footage at any booking, which may be used for promotional/marketing purposes. If you, the client, object to this, please make it known before the event.

Price Match Policy: -

'Like for Like' Service only. A full quotation on Headed Paper and a copy of the Public Liability Insurance and Portable Appliance Testing Certificates will be required.

Refreshments: -

Please bear this in mind when organising the provision of food and soft drinks.
